With a heavy heart, I write to you one last time. I've decided to close She's So Unusual Shoes. It's been the best journey I could have every virtually or really had.
I've learned so much about my self, and my questionable talents. I found I had a voice! I believed in myself! Who could ever believe it!
But all things come to the end. And so, November is the end. Nov 2nd to 30th, all shoes will be $25L a pair. After that, the store will be closed, and the shoes will be retired forever.
I wish I could give every one of you, my customers, a big hug. You have no idea how MUCH you have inspired me, pushed me, helped me. Because of this virtual world, that people joke about all the time, I found out that I could do something. Maybe it's just making pixel shoes, but it's something. I have a confidence that I didn't have before.
I'll still be around, being silly, shopping. Heck, maybe I'll even come back one day and make more shoes. But right now, that seems like something I can't imagine.
Just to stop the rumors, I'm not dying, I'm not leaving just to make an alt and a new business, I'm not running away from a bad romance. It's just time to move on...
